We bought a house, a highly desired, saved for house that we pretended to call our home and raise our family.
Enter a sleazy, no morals, con-artist (hopefully very soon I will be able to share all his details, so no one falls into his traps). What was supposed to be a high end renovation became a daily bag of headaches: lead poising, faulty workmanship, cracks, dents, amateur pluming, painting and wood work, money wasted and a lawsuit.
I turned into DYI blogs, I read articles, saw many youtube, “how-to” movies. Braced with know-how I can face any plumber, electrician, and painter.
Here, I will share my inspirations, trials and errors with decoration, DIY, cooking and general musings about live in the small town of Baltimore.
Over the next few days I will share the many before and after of our house since we bought it.
